Pe scurt
mivochart stochează pe dispozitiv numai informațiile necesare funcționării serviciului: menținerea autentificării, reținerea limbii, temei și opțiunii pentru module cookie, precum și păstrarea organigramelor care nu au fost încă salvate într-un cont. Aceste elemente sunt strict necesare, astfel că legea nu impune consimțământul dumneavoastră pentru ele (art. 5 alin. (3) din Directiva ePrivacy și legislațiile naționale, precum § 25 alin. (2) TDDDG din Germania).
Stocarea strict necesară asigură funcționarea autentificării, limbii, temei, schițelor, copiilor de siguranță și opțiunii pentru module cookie. Vercel Web Analytics numără vizitele fără module cookie și nu stochează nimic pe dispozitiv, deci nu necesită consimțământ. PostHog funcționează numai după ce acceptați categoria Analiză, pentru îmbunătățirea aplicației. Puteți revizui oricând opțiunea prin linkul „Setări cookie” din partea de jos a fiecărei pagini.
Ce se stochează pe dispozitivul dumneavoastră
Modulele cookie sunt fișiere text de mici dimensiuni pe care browserul le trimite înapoi site-ului. Datele stocate în browser (stocarea locală, stocarea de sesiune, ștearsă la închiderea filei, și baza de date a browserului, IndexedDB) rămân pe dispozitiv și sunt citite numai de paginile noastre din browserul dumneavoastră. Lista de mai jos cuprinde toate elementele stocate de mivochart. Cele marcate „numai când...” există doar cât timp utilizați funcția respectivă.

Servicii terțe accesate prin mivochart
Unele acțiuni vă trimit pe pagina unei alte companii, unde se aplică propriile module cookie și propria politică de confidențialitate: plata are loc pe pagina Stripe (care utilizează module cookie, de exemplu pentru prevenirea fraudei), iar autentificarea cu Google are loc pe pagina Google. Dacă organigrama conține un link către o fotografie găzduită pe alt site, browserul încarcă fotografia de acolo. Fonturile sunt furnizate de noi; browserul nu contactează Google Fonts.
Analiză și diagnosticare: PostHog
Vercel Web Analytics nu folosește module cookie și nu stochează nimic pe dispozitiv, deci nu necesită consimțământ; este descris în politica de confidențialitate. PostHog furnizează analiza produsului, diagnosticarea erorilor și redarea mascată a sesiunilor, conform descrierii din politica de confidențialitate.
Opțiunile dumneavoastră
Folosiți „Setări cookie” din partea de jos a fiecărei pagini pentru a consulta sau modifica oricând opțiunea. Puteți șterge modulele cookie și datele site-ului și din setările browserului; în acest caz veți fi deconectat, iar organigramele păstrate numai în browser vor fi șterse.
