About mivochart
mivochart is a browser-based org chart maker. You start from your staff list or a template, and you get a clear chart you can print, share or drop into a slide.
What it does
Import an Excel or CSV staff list, or start from a template. The chart lays itself out, and you can show departments, open positions, part-time headcount (FTE), staff positions and dotted-line reporting. Export to PNG, SVG, PDF or CSV. It is free up to 25 people per chart, and you can start without an account.
Who it is for
Small and mid-sized organisations that keep their staff list in a spreadsheet: HR and office managers, founders, schools, clinics, clubs and associations. The product and its help texts are written natively in English, German and French.
Where your data lives
A staff list is personal data. Charts you have not saved stay in your browser. Saved charts are stored in the European Union, in a database in Frankfurt. Your data is never sold.
How we write about the product
We only describe features that exist today, and we label planned ones as coming soon. We do not show reviews, ratings or customer logos we do not have, and we do not claim certifications.
